About the Role

As the Head of Engineering, you'll lead our agile and dynamic engineering team, currently comprising four full-stack developers. Your role is crucial in steering our technical direction, fostering innovation, and maintaining a high-paced, results-driven environment. Your leadership will not only drive the development of our core products but also inspire and elevate our team's capabilities, particularly as we explore and integrate machine learning technologies, with an emphasis on computer vision.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
• 5+ years of software engineering experience.
• 2+ years of Machine Learning experience, preferably in computer vision space.
• 2+ years of engineering leadership experience, managing small to medium-sized teams.
• Demonstrated ability to thrive in a high-paced, agile environment, embodying a strong hustle mentality.
• revious experience in a startup or small company environment, ideally in a role that contributed to scaling the engineering team.
• Experience in implementing effective engineering processes and project management.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to lead the team through technical challenges.
